Noestro guía Valerio super atento y explicando la historia tal y como es.
Tres horas que se nos pasaron volando. Sin duda una suerte haberlo tenido de guía.
Repetiría la experiencia con él, no así con la agencia que me cambió la hora y según ellos me mandaron un mensaje, el cual yo nunca recibí. Media hora más de espera por la cara.

Juanma, nuestro guía, explicaba todo muy bien y ameno. El tiempo se pasa volando. Además tenía en cuenta los ratitos de pausa, para beber agua, ir al baño y demás. Totalmente recomendable

Nuestra guia, Barbara, nos hizo un tour genial, bien explicado y estructurado, super interesante y transmitiendo su vocación y amor por los monumentos visitados y la historia de Roma.
Aun asi, en nuestro caso hubo un inconveniente causado por un retraso por parte de un grupo de individuos que causó un retraso de mas de media hora; entendemos que hay que esperar un tiempo de cortesia pero nos parece injusto para la gente que fuimos puntual, madrugamos y fuimos al punto de encuentro con mas tiempo para que no hubiese inconvenientes.
Sin embargo, eso no tacha el gran labor de Barbara; el tour es MUY recomendable y nos encantó!

Sentimos mucho el retraso pues aunque el tour ya había empezado, el grupo que faltaba consiguió encontrar a la guía justo antes de entrar, teniendo que volver a gestionar las entradas para no dejarles fuera. Gracias a la disponibilidad y buen hacer de Bárbara que dedicó más tiempo y a vuestra comprensión, confío en que todo quede en un momento de espera.
