Por otro lado la agencia muy predispuesta a la hora de poder cambiarnos la fecha de la excursion ya que en la primer fecha llegamos 19 minutis tarde por ka inexperiencia y desconocimiento del ounto de encuentro . Estaba todo cortado y tuvieron la gentileza de cambiarnos de dia

La guia Valentina y el tour muy bueno. La guia muy amable y con informacion de primera. Lo unico que no me ha gustado es la mala gestion por parte de la oficina que al hacer un cambio de horario no fueron capaces en tres dias de enviarme la confirmacion del cambio horario. Para ello tuve que llamar hasta 3 veces hasta conseguir recibirlo. Mala organizacion pero buen tour y buena guia

Perdimos mucho rato entre que la gente iba al WC, llegaban al punto de encuentro… (como 30 minutos) y izo que al final tuviéramos que ir más rápidos.

Hicimos la visita guiada al Foro, al Palatino y al Coliseo con Valentina y la recomiendo al 100% por todo. Íbamos dos adultos que ya conocíamos los lugares, pero esta vez sí que aprendimos, fue como visitarlo por primera vez. Es muy recomendable que alguien os explique cómo era, por qué era, para qué servía, y además te muestre el antes y el después. Nada que ver con ir por tu cuenta. Además a los niños se les hizo muy ameno, aguantaron las tres horas muy bien. Muchísimas gracias por la experiencia.
