Sobre el guía, Valerio, de diez: fue eficiente, agradable y cargado de erudición.
Nos hubiera gustado que tras perder la primera visita, por motivos no achacables a la empresa, se hubiera podido coordinar para no perder la segunda visita. No obstante la atención telefónica fue adecuada.

Hola, cuando nos llamó, ya demasiado tarde pues nuestra guía había entrado, como un favor le indicamos que podía unirse al grupo para al menos visitar el Coliseo, nos dijo usted que sí y luego, cuando le llamamos porque nuestro guía no le encontraba, nos dijo que había decidido hacer otro tour.
