Decepción.
Tenía una visita programada para el domingo 31 de Octubre de 2021 que consistía en entradas con guía al Coliseo, Foro Romano y Palatino. El día 29 de Octubre me comunicaron que debido a la celebración de la cumbre G20 en Roma, ese fin de semana me cambiaban ese tour por uno diferente, consistiendo en entrada guiada al Coliseo, pero el Foro Romano y Palatino, los vería desde fuera y que me darían un ticket para la entrada al día siguiente.
NO QUIEREN devolverme mis entradas no habiendo cumplido lo que yo contraté. Me ofrecen un cambio sin consultar si entra en mis planes de viaje.
Hola, Lourdes: Sentimos mucho que nos hayan cerrado el acceso al Foro en forma imprevista. A pesar de ello, sin cambiar la hora ni duración hemos conseguido realizar el tour y entrar como previsto en el Coliseo. Hacemos todo lo posible para que disfrutéis.
Hicimos dos tours el del coliseo y el del vaticano con Fabio. Excelente guia. Los tours muy completos, pese a que resumir la historia de roma y de sitios tan emblematicos es muy complicado.
