Hola. Nuestra guía fue Roberta. Un conocimiento profundo de la historia de Roma y una visita muy amena e instructiva. Súper recomendable. Gracias

El producto es bueno, pero mal organizado. El tour se adelantó de horario (una hora y cuarto) y con poca anticipación. Respondimos que no podíamos adelantarlo y se decidió adelantar igual, 15 minutos (10.30am en lugar de 10.45am). Por demoras en el vuelo llegamos 10 minutos tarde (5 antes del horario contratado, 10.40am) y perdimos el tour, no hubo flexibilidad para sumarnos al grupo (no había comunicación entre la agencia y el guía). Luego de quejarnos, nos incorporaron a un tour el día siguiente, pero pagando nuevamente las entradas (20 euros por persona) y teniendo que reorganizar otras actividades. Creo que si hay cambios que se generan con poca anticipación, deberían tener más flexibilidad y/o ofrecer el reembolso inmediato y total. Sobre todo, luego de escuchar a los guías comentar que la gente suele llegar tarde y se la espera sin problemas.

Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas en tu visita, pero en nuestra web se especifica que se consienten algunos cambios de horario para poder garantizar la correcta realización del tour. Debido al inconveniente ocasionado, os dimos la posibilidad de realizar el tour al día siguiente al coste solo de las entradas, ya que las del día anterior ya estaban perdidas.
Por otra parte, todas las guías tienen la disposición de esperar un máximo de 10 minutos a las personas que llegan con retrasos.

Poder revivir trocitos de la historia de Roma in situ, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa! Escogimos el tour por la tarde: Foro, Palatino y Coliseo. Hacía mucho calor, pero nuestra guía Míriam, estaba atenta del grupo en todo momento, buscando los sitios más sombreados para hacer la explicación de cada lugar ofreciéndonos pausas para poder refrescarnos en las fuentes y hacer fotos.
