Our tour guide was Valeria, a very knowledgeable and sweet lady. My husband got sick and was unable to attend the tour so it was me and our daughter. Valeria helped me with the stroller and waited for me to take the elevator. I had to cut the tour short because it was unbelievably hot and my daughter was getting a bit tired but I truly enjoyed it.

Tour moved a little slow through the ruins. Prepare for it. Hat, umbrella, water. Could pick up the pace. Great ending in the Coliseum.
Disappointing. Our guide was a nice lady. However, her accent was very strong and all 5 in our group found it hard to understand. Also, the content of what she said was a lot of individual anecdotes that assumed we already knew a lot about history. Overall we came away having not learnt much.

Ha sido increíble, tanto las vistas, como la historia que nos contaba, mis felicitaciones a Fabio por ser un gran guía en el coliseo y estar siempre atento a cualquier sombra y fuente para poder descansar un par de minutos.
Excelente tour, bien organizado, puntual, el guía Fabio explica muy bien, fue muy amable, simpático y con sentido del humor, lo que hizo que además de todo lo que uno pudo aprender, también resultara entretenido.
Merece la pena hacer un tour guiado y si encima te toca Fabio de guía pues mejor todavía. Aprendimos mucho y nos indico donde hacernos las mejores fotos. Muy recomendable.

Our tour guide Philippe was excellent, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He led a well paced tour and kept us in shade as much as possible on a scorching hot day. The tour was interesting and we learned a lot without being overwhelmed.

We did this tour last week with Xenia as our guide and it was amazing from start to finish. Getting to go on the floor was much better than just visiting the 1st and 2nd levels. Our guide was extremely informative and did a good job making sure we were in shaded parts when possible (it was 90+ degrees and sunny). She was super engaging and informative and gave us. She also explained things in a way that brought the tour to life and kept the group moving. Other tour companies have guides that give you information you can find in a text book but not her, we learned a ton of new things! We were visiting Europe and did other tours through other tour companies but this was by far the best. The booking process was easy and clear and they responded to questions I emailed them prior to the tour quickly and courteously. I highly recommend this tour!

La guía fue excelente, de ahí las 3 estrellas. La empresa un desastre, nos cancelaron la visita a la arena del coliseo aún no se porque. También nos cancelaron la reserva que teníamos para la capilla Sixtina y teníamos todo planificado. La verdad un desastre.
Hola, Aitor. Hemos tenido que modificar algunos horarios y recorridos en este último fin de semana debido a cuestiones ligadas a las entradas de Vaticano y Coliseo. Sentimos mucho las molestias y nos alegra ver que has disfrutado igualmente.
Nuestra guía fue Sara, la verdad que una genia !!! Nos explico de todo con mucha pasión y entusiasmo. Trajo muchas laminas mostrarnos como eran los edificios en su apogeo. Totalmente recomendable.
