However, the visit will still be conducted with its usual duration, offering a route that allows you to fully enjoy the treasures of the Vatican Museums. We advise you to arrive on time. This allows us to guarantee a quality tour. By arriving on time, you will make the most of your time on the tour, respecting all the participants and with no risk of missing the tour.
The group tour itinerary does not follow a route adapted for individuals with mobility difficulties or for small children in strollers.
Knees and shoulders must be covered.
Sundays and Holidays in the Vatican: On special celebration days, the Sistine Chapel may not be accessible. As we are based in Rome and receive continuous updates, we do our best to adjust schedules or inform our clients in advance whenever possible. If a change cannot be made in time, the tour will still take place with the same duration, focusing on other sections of the Vatican Museums.

Estuvo muy bien, Eli lo explicó todo estupendamente. Íbamos a un ritmo adecuado. Una lástima que no se pudiera acceder ese mismo día a la basílica De San Pedro, pero al día siguiente la pudimos ver. Una cosa que no me gustó es que esperamos 20 minutos a que viniera todo el mundo… pero entiendo que es por cortesía.
Cathy fue todo un acierto. Cuando tu profesión es tu pasión la cosa es muy diferente. En ese laberinto que es la Sixtina, siempre está ahí abriéndote paso a los pasillos, salas y conocimientos y tesoros que ellos guardan.

Nuestro tour museo Vaticano, Capilla Sixtina ha sido inolvidable. Natalina , nuestra guía, ha estado espectacular. A pesar de que hoy era un día complicado debido a la afluencia de personas, no ha parado durante las tres horas de dedicar todo el tiempo de una manera entendible todo lo visto. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Mi guía fue un auténtico desastre . Estuvimos esperando 30 min a gente que llegaba tarde y en consecuencia hicimos la visita deprisa y corriendo. Iba muy rápido y sin explicarse bien, era como si no quisiera hacer la visita. Una pena pues no pudimos disfrutar como nos hubiera gustado. No repetiremos con EnRoma. Tampoco lo recomendaremos.
Hola, Sonia. Sentimos muchísimo que no haya sido de tu agrado. Son días complicados y la guía misma nos dijo que tuvo un mal día. A pesar de esperar sólo los 10 minutos de tolerancia luego se complicó con la gestión de la entrada. Te pedimos disculpas esperando que puedas otorgarnos el beneficio de la duda ante tantos otros servicios en los que nuestros guías hacen de Roma una experiencia maravillosa. Seguiremos trabajando para que sea en el 100% de los casos.
Fue una visita guiada muy buena ya que la guía (no recordamos el nombre, tenia pelo corto negro) sabia muchísimo y es super pedagógica para explicar!!!
