However, the visit will still be conducted with its usual duration, offering a route that allows you to fully enjoy the treasures of the Vatican Museums. We advise you to arrive on time. This allows us to guarantee a quality tour. By arriving on time, you will make the most of your time on the tour, respecting all the participants and with no risk of missing the tour.
The group tour itinerary does not follow a route adapted for individuals with mobility difficulties or for small children in strollers.

Sundays and Holidays in the Vatican: On special celebration days, the Sistine Chapel may not be accessible. As we are based in Rome and receive continuous updates, we do our best to adjust schedules or inform our clients in advance whenever possible. If a change cannot be made in time, the tour will still take place with the same duration, focusing on other sections of the Vatican Museums.

Lo de los cascos es xq llevo un implante coclear y es para conocer si los auriculares que ofreceis los puedo llevar. De normal si son auriculares tipo diadema los puedo utilizar o en su defecto si van por cable Jack poder conectar los míos de diadema.
Hola, Karla. No tienen ninguna parte que se introduzca en el orificio de la oreja sino que sujetándose en el pabellón auricular quedan a la altura del oído.
Quería saber si ofrecéis cascos para el tour y si es asi, son estos compatibles con otros cascos ?
Hola, Karla. Sí, dentro de los Museos Vaticanos es obligatorio utilizar un sistema interno para escuchar las explicaciones del guía. No son exactamente cascos ya que se acoplan a la oreja y no necesitan ningún otro cable o aparato receptor. Naturalmente la empresa que gestiona este servicio en exclusiva se encarga de que estén completamente higienizados pero no hay posibilidad de utilizar otro tipo.

¿Este paquete qué incluye exactamente?Queremos visitar la Capilla Sixtina, los Museos Vaticanos y la Basílica de San Pedro. No nos queda muy claro si a la Basílica se puede acceder o no.

Hola, Marina. Por desgracia aún no se puede acceder a la basílica de San Pedro desde los Museos Vaticanos lo que no nos permite hacer ambos en el mismo tour. De todas formas, durante la visita en los Museos Vaticanos y Capilla Sixtina, nuestros guías os darán noticias sobre la basílica y podréis ir a visitarla gratuitamente accediendo desde la plaza. Qué disfrutes y aquí nos tienes para lo que necesites.
Imprescindible para saber lo que estás ‘pisando’
Nuestra guía Rosa es encantadora. Se nota que disfruta haciendo su trabajo lo que hizo que disfrutasemos mucho de la visita. Fue divertida y atenta, además de saberse explicar muy bien.
Ha sido una visita guiada muy gratificante y recomendable para todo el mundo, ya que nuestra guía Valentina explica todo muy claramente y sin ninguna prisa. Da detalles muy interesantes y se nota que sabe mucho sobre todo lo que habla. Al final de la visita nos dejó en la capilla sixtina y podíamos quedarnos todo el tiempo que quisiésemos tanto en la capilla como en el resto de los museos vaticanos.
Tuvimos la suerte de tener a Valentina como guía en esta visita. Super divertida, muy amable, y aprendimos muchísimo.
