However, the visit will still be conducted with its usual duration, offering a route that allows you to fully enjoy the treasures of the Vatican Museums. We advise you to arrive on time. This allows us to guarantee a quality tour. By arriving on time, you will make the most of your time on the tour, respecting all the participants and with no risk of missing the tour.
The group tour itinerary does not follow a route adapted for individuals with mobility difficulties or for small children in strollers.
Knees and shoulders must be covered.
Sundays and Holidays in the Vatican: On special celebration days, the Sistine Chapel may not be accessible. As we are based in Rome and receive continuous updates, we do our best to adjust schedules or inform our clients in advance whenever possible. If a change cannot be made in time, the tour will still take place with the same duration, focusing on other sections of the Vatican Museums.

La guía y el recorrido por los museos vaticanos estuvo muy buena, tuvimos problemas con la persona que nos recogió en nuestro hospedaje, se presento error de comunicación al no indicarse la hora exacta de recogida ni la persona encargada, de este inconveniente recibimos un pésimo trato por parte de la conductora que nos recogió gritándonos y dejándonos botados sin ninguna indicación.
Perdona, Alex. Como sabes, tuviste nuestra asistencia durante este desagradable episodio. Te pedimos disculpas por ese mal momento en que la conductora, por problemas suyos, no os trató con la debida cortesía. Haremos todo lo posible para que no se repita.
