However, the visit will still be conducted with its usual duration, offering a route that allows you to fully enjoy the treasures of the Vatican Museums. We advise you to arrive on time. This allows us to guarantee a quality tour. By arriving on time, you will make the most of your time on the tour, respecting all the participants and with no risk of missing the tour.
The group tour itinerary does not follow a route adapted for individuals with mobility difficulties or for small children in strollers.
Knees and shoulders must be covered.
Sundays and Holidays in the Vatican: On special celebration days, the Sistine Chapel may not be accessible. As we are based in Rome and receive continuous updates, we do our best to adjust schedules or inform our clients in advance whenever possible. If a change cannot be made in time, the tour will still take place with the same duration, focusing on other sections of the Vatican Museums.

Nosotros contratamos el servicio al vaticano y capilla sixtina, nos atendió una encantadora señora llamada Alexandra y no pudimos estar mas contentos, se notaba que le encantaba su trabajo haciéndote saber hasta el mínimo detalle haciéndolo llevadero y entretenido. Le preguntabas aparte de su explicación y con un encanto peculiar te lo explicaba. Super contentos, recomendable 100%.
Recien tuve la experiencia de hacer este tour 9/22/24 y quiero decir que aparte de las colas que son inevitables por la cantidad de turismo y personas que visitan estos lugares históricos el guía fue muy explicativo conocedor , yo personalmente recomiendo este tour.

Nuestra guía, Enmanuela, nos pareció una mujer muy agradable, con conocimiento de historia y arte, que transmitía pasión por su trabajo.
En líneas generales, la visita a los museos vaticanos fue satisfactoria aunque algo decepcionante por la excesiva masificación de público, que más parecía una feria que una visita museística, y por la velocidad con que tuvimos que pasar por algunos lugares sin posibilidad de admirarlos.
Todas las empresas como la vuestra, deberíais presionar de alguna manera para que los responsables controlen aforos de mayor calidad.
Saludos especiales para Enmanuela de los cinco cordobeses que tuvimos la suerte de ser guiados por ella y mostrar su pasión por nuestra querida ciudad, Córdoba (España).

Sentimos profundamente lo ocurrido en tu tour. Lamentablemente, nuestra guía no pudo realizar la visita por motivos de fuerza mayor y, al tratarse de una emergencia, no logramos encontrar con tan poca antelación a otro guía. Sin embargo, como sabemos que lo importante es conocer estos increíbles museos, os entregamos a cada uno las entradas para poder acceder a los museos y el reembolso del importe restante.
Sentimos de nuevo los inconvenientes.

Nuestro guía fue Juan Miguel, y la verdad que hizo que el tour se hiciera súper ameno y además divertido. Tenía muchos conocimientos sobre el arte y la historia y eso se agradece.

Genial visita, el guía una auténtica enciclopedia aprovechando al máximo el tiempo de que disponíamos, historiador de arte de origen sudamericano lamento no recordar su nombre.
