La guía (Elisa) fue muy buena. Con buenas explicaciones y aclarando en todo momento, y de forma explícita, las dudas que se le iban planteando en el recorrido. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados. Lo malo fue la masificación de la visita. Pero no por parte de “EnRoma”, sino porque ese día (lunes), al no abrir los museos, todos los turistas fuimos al Vaticano. El grupo nuestro no era un inconveniente para que el servicio de guía fuera malo. Los aparatos auditivos que nos facilitaron para seguir las explicaciones resultan muy útiles.
Todo muy bien, el guía muy bueno, muy preparado, y amable.

Lo mejor que he contestado en el viaje sin duda alguna. Muy buena organización en todo momento empezando por el punto de encuentro y la guía Valentina estuvo de 10, por su amabilidad, conocimiento en historia del arte y por estar pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.
Estupendas las dos visitas. Buen experiencia gracias a las guias que nos mostraron esos lugares especiales: Valentina en el Vaticano y los Museos y Carlota en Coliseo y Foro. Os llevais un sobresaliente.

La visita estuvo genial. Valentina, nuestra guía, hizo que las horas se pasaran en un suspiro a pesar de estar juntos más de 4 horas. Muy atenta con todo el grupo y una fuente inagotable de conocimientos. Totalmente recomendable.
